Registration Information
Online registration is coming soon. Currently, you can download an entry form and mail it in with your check (payable to GSRT). Race day registration will be available from 7:30 to 8:30.
Registration costs $35 until October 1 and $45 thereafter. Online registration will close on October 19, 2012.
Driving Directions
- From points North and South: take interstate 93 towards Concord to exit 15 east (interstate 393) and follow directions for exit 1 off interstate 393 (below).
- From points West: take interstate 89 south to 93 north. From interstate 93 take exit 15 east (interstate 393) and follow directions for exit 1 off interstate 393 (below).
- From points East: take route 4/9/202 to interstate 393, then follow directions for exit 1 off interstate 393 (below).
- From exit 1 off interstate 393: turn left at the end of the ramp (Fort Eddy Road which turns into College Drive). Turn right after the athletic fields onto Institute Drive then left into the parking lot.
Race Day Parking
There is a large parking area with three entrances on Institute Drive. Please park here and take the short walk across campus to Grappone Hall.
Race Packet Pickup
Race day packet pickup will be available starting at 7:30 A.M. on race day at Grappone Hall on the NHTI Campus. Early packet pickup will be available from 4:00 to 6:00 P.M. on Saturday, October 22 at Grappone Hall on the NHTI campus.
Course Amenities
Water will be provided at three location on the course (approximately 3, 5.5, and 8 miles). There will be portopotties at two locations (approximately 3 and 8 miles).
Course Restrictions
For insurance and safety reasons, please do not bring stollers or pets on the race course and please refrain from using earbuds or headphones. Due to the distance of this race, it is not set up for walkers.
Post Race Amenities
Post race food and award ceremony will occur at Grappone Hall. Showers will be available at Sweeney Hall. Complimentary post-race massage will be offered by Akasha Massage and Bodywork.  And Dr. Brett Coapland will be available for complimentary Active Release Therapy (ART).

Race Fees
The race proceeds (after expenses) will go to the Boys and Girls Club of Concord. The race organizers are unpaid volunteers. Expenses include a four dollar per registration donation to the NHTI cross country team in exchange for the use of the NHTI facilities.
Refund Policy
Entry fees cannot be refunded or transferred. If you have paid your entry fee but cannot participate, please consider your entry fee to be a much needed and appreciated donation to the Boys and Girls Club of Concord. Thank you!
Race Shirt
A long-sleeve tech shirt is guaranteed to the first 300 registrants.
